Jenna L. Bailey
Jenna Bailey joined Taggart, Rimes, & Usry in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Mississippi, and earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, also from the University of Mississippi. While in law school, Jenna was the New Membership Director and a staff editor on the Mississippi Law Journal. Jenna was also the Women's Director for the University of Mississippi chapter of the Christian Legal Society and a member of the Community Service Board. During law school, Jenna interned in the University of Mississippi's Office of Legal Counsel.
Jenna currently practices in the areas of family law, business law, health law, real estate transactions, corporate litigation, and wills and estates. Jenna has assisted clients in a broad range of domestic and family law matters and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem. Jenna has assisted numerous non-profit organizations with formation, organization and governance matters and has also worked on a variety of commercial transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, the formation of business entities, and general corporate and contract matters.
Jenna is an active member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Capital Bar Association, Madison County Bar Association, Christian Legal Society and a volunteer lawyer for the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyer Project and Mission First Legal Aid Office.
Jenna and her husband, Cody, reside in Jackson, Mississippi.
